The Walsh Family Farm is excited to offer our customers bison for the first time in 2025. It has been an endeavor of passion, planning, and hard work to build the infrastructure and to finally offer this unique and highly sought after product!
We are currently offering a very limited quantity of quarters, halves, or wholes of pasture raised bison.
Bison is a healthy, lean alternative to beef and pork that is nutrient dense and full of flavor. Our bison is grass fed and finished. Bison are natural seasonal breeders, where the females calve in the spring to allow their calves to utilize lush pastures and get a great start on life. As a keystone species, grazing bison positively impact the soil, vegetation, wildlife, and overall health of pastures/grasslands to achieve an ecological balance. Offering bison to our customers emphasizes our goals of sustainable farming practices.
We process bison by local, state inspected Country Pride Meats in Clinton, WI. Note prices do not include processing!
